If your goal is to live a long, happy life, then 'the how' is by nurturing your whole self-- mind, body, and spirit.
Selfcare is deliberate, all the daily activities and behaviors you do to take care of you.
Selfcare isn't selfish and it's not the same for everyone.
Insuring you are happier and healthier is about intentionally and consistently choosing practices that fit you.
The payoff? Reduced stress, and a healthier and happier life.
Total selfcare involves nurturing in these five categories. Check out them out to see your strengths and deficits.

Nutrition is connected to physical and mental health.  Social interactions have been linked to better sleep.
A sense of purpose gives energy to keep moving forward.
Our goal for a long, happy life is through consciously nurturing your whole self.
