Spend time with people whose company you enjoy can give you an energizing boost, regardless of whether you are an introvert or extrovert. Extroverts know how a group can fuel them-- the energizing effects of being with people. Introverts can get the same benefits from socializing but it may be with a group of one, and the meeting intensity may vary. The key is to spend quality time with another person who makes you feel safe and understood, and with whom you can having a little fun.

Creativity outlets, especially those activities that produce a result, boost brain function. Anyone who has gotten carried away in an activity where you've lost all sense of time knows how a creative outlet can take you away.
